Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you receive:
- A damaged product.
- An incorrect product.
- A product with packaging defects
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear video of the product and packaging at the time of opening.
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement product or a refund, at our discretion.
Products opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
